Direct and Indirect Speech
Remember: Direct speech uses the exact words spoken (with quotation marks). Indirect speech reports what was said without quotation marks, and requires changes to pronouns, verb tenses, and time expressions.
Part A: Convert Direct Speech to Indirect Speech
Rewrite each sentence in indirect speech.
1. "I am going to the library tomorrow," said Sarah.
